Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term company vision
- Analyze emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product/service strategies
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on exponential technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early-mover advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and future trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in tech-forward industries
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
