Responsibilities
- Provide weekend technical support via phone, chat, and email for software and hardware issues
- Document troubleshooting processes and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve escalated technical problems
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and user documentation
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation for critical system incidents
- Assist with software testing and quality assurance during off-peak hours
- Train users on new features and system updates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Computer Science preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts
