Responsibilities
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Problem Solving: Participate in debugging sessions and help identify and resolve technical issues within the codebase.
- Documentation: Assist in creating technical documentation, API specs, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Agile Process: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Tech Stack: Gain exposure to industry-standard tools such as Git, Jira, and modern cloud platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow within a team setting.
- Availability: Able to commit to 20-40 hours per week for the Summer/Fall 2024 period.
