Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing team with content creation, social media management, and SEO research.
- Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to support business strategy.
- Manage and update internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
- Support the Sales department with lead generation and preliminary client outreach.
- Create presentation materials and weekly progress reports for management review.
- Participate in team meetings and cross-functional project planning sessions.
- Learn and utilize CRM software and basic web development tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or web analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
