Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to identify 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on future-of-work research
- Build patent portfolios for breakthrough 2026-ready technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published work on 2025+ technological disruption (white papers/journal articles)
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting tools
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI safety, or synthetic biology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategy
