Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and sociocultural indicators to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop AI-driven scenario-planning models for clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation strategies
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions using AR/VR, blockchain, and neuromorphic computing
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture emerging research
- Present future-vision briefings to executive boards and investor groups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record developing future-focused business models and go-to-market strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis, STEEPVL)
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design)
- Certification in Futurism or Innovation Management preferred
