Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and socio-economic trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce scenario-planning frameworks for global supply chain and workforce evolution
- Partner with R&D to validate future-viability of prototype innovations
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of AI, climate tech, and biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and futures research methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
