- Translate theoretical models into prototype technologies
- Present quarterly progress to C-suite and investors
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ leadership roles
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers
- Secured $10M+ in research funding
- Expertise in at least one emerging tech stack
- Proven track record of commercializing research
- Experience with international research consortia
