Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology impact framework with quarterly updates
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with future scenarios
- Produce strategic briefings for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Design and launch internal 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
