Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurointerfaces, and climate AI
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional labs prototyping 2026-ready solutions (e.g., brain-computer interfaces)
- Champion ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation governance frameworks
- Represent company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate modeling, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurist or peer-reviewed technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects or initiatives
