Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech incubators and academic research institutions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate disruption impacts
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Author whitepapers published in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight roles at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research on 2020s technological convergence trends
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi technique
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-proofing initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
