- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with documented success cases
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or thought leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
