Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing 5-year innovation pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed futurism into organizational DNA
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for global stakeholder audiences
- Design and facilitate immersive future-vision workshops with clients
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record predicting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or scenario planning projects
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
