Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps based on horizon scanning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and assess market readiness for emerging technologies
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Design and launch pilot programs for futuristic technologies including quantum computing, neuro interfaces, and AI ethics frameworks
- Advose leadership on long-term strategic implications of technological convergence and societal shifts
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and build a robust internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
