Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and emerging innovations to develop 2026 strategic forecasts
- Design and implement future-proof innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing moonshot projects with 3-year horizon impact
- Partner with C-suite to align corporate strategy with long-term technological disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Curate annual Future Vision Summits to showcase 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Drive R&D investments in exponential technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across tech, finance, and operations
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM, APF) required
