Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying breakthrough technologies and societal megatrends through 2026+
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using machine learning and big data analytics
- Translate complex insights into actionable strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global industry forums
- Mentor junior researchers in futures methodology and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Proficiency with predictive analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and AI-driven forecasting platforms
- Published work in futures research or technology innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive technology adoption
