Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-ML hybrid models
- Author patents and publish in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and quantum engineering interns
- Present findings at global quantum technology conferences
- Drive the 2026 Quantum Roadmap for commercial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems preferred
