- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into core R&D pipelines
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to investors, board members, and industry coalitions
- Establish Horizon Dynamics' thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote speeches, and future-focused publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-suite tech leadership with demonstrable impact on long-term roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology) and regulatory adaptation frameworks
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technological disruption scenarios
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Millennium Project, WFS) or equivalent
- Experience scaling innovation in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy)
