- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum computing, and bio-integration
- Produce executive-level future-state briefings and predictive market impact assessments
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote speeches, and industry roundtables
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD, CIP)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Gartner, or proprietary frameworks)
