Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological convergence across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Identify and analyze emerging macro-trends disrupting global markets and societal structures
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological black swan events
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present foresight findings to executive boards and investor forums
- Mentor internal futurist talent and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing actionable long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry white papers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on disruptive transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
