Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, geopolitics) and forecast their impact on industries by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating future disruptions and opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for 2026 uncertainties
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging futures
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-concept solutions
- Advise C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, trend analysis, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-strategy frameworks
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
