Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections

- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MSc, PhD) or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency with innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
