Responsibilities
- Decode and synthesize global tech, socio-economic, and environmental trends into strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop and maintain 2026 innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design resilience strategies against anticipated market shifts and disruptions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Experience with AI, biotech, and sustainability trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFPS)
