Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying commercially viable emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption horizons
- Lead cross-temporal strategy sessions with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align on future-state visions
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for predicting technological convergence points and market disruption
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and forward-thinking startups specializing in quantum AI, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Present futuristic innovation briefings to C-suite executives and board members, translating complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems using proprietary predictive analytics to identify emerging threats and opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, or biotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping methodologies
