Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with 3-5 year time horizons
- Translate future insights into actionable product innovation pipelines
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-state solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive future-proofing strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging business paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level strategic roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech forecasting
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global innovation leaders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research (e.g., CFTR)
