Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks by analyzing global tech trends, market disruptions, and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions for emerging markets
- Produce annual Horizon Reports mapping technology adoption curves and competitive landscapes
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Curate and present strategic insights at industry conferences and stakeholder summits
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive teams and external partners
