Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments on machine learning models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI lifecycle
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in regulatory discussions and industry standards
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
- Design training programs for ethical AI adoption across technical teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or machine learning governance
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with AI risk assessment and ethical impact modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
