Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design human-centric frameworks for ethical adoption of next-gen innovations
- Present strategic futures briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish innovation metrics to track progress toward 2026 milestones
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Develop scenario-planning models for global technology disruption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 tech or innovation labs
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
