Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic patterns to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready capabilities
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Monitor and interpret signals from policy, regulatory, and ethical developments affecting future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-makers
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
