- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track industry benchmarking against emerging paradigms
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon as the definitive voice on 2026 technology landscapes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, quantum) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in scenario modeling and horizon scanning
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, ACES preferred)
