Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and societal trends through AI-powered analysis and human intelligence networks
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030, identifying inflection points and black swan risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development and policy frameworks
- Build and maintain a proprietary knowledge graph of technological convergence signals and market indicators
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technological adoption and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology policy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive teams and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
