Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration) to inform 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies impacting global markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Advise C-suite on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists on foresight methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, backcasting)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technological disruption
- Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
