Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI infrastructure through 2026.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and MLOps architectures.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product suites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices for security and data privacy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, Data Pipelines, and model versioning tools.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
