Responsibilities
- Assist in technical sourcing and candidate screening for software engineering and marketing roles.
- Conduct local SEO research to identify high-value keywords for client campaigns.
- Optimize web content and blog posts for search engines using on-page SEO best practices.
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Support the marketing team with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Information Technology.
- Familiarity with basic SEO concepts (keywords, meta tags, backlinks).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in recruitment or digital marketing is highly preferred.
