As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to navigate the convergence of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology. You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps while maintaining ethical and sustainable frameworks for technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological trends through 2026 and beyond, producing quarterly horizon-scanning reports
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across R&D and product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI and automation implementation
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in analyzing AI, quantum, and biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend synthesis capabilities
- Deep understanding of ethical technology governance frameworks
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools like Trend Hunter or Gartner insights
