Responsibilities
- Development & Coding: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Testing & Debugging: Participate in unit testing and debugging processes to ensure high software quality and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Reviews: Review code written by peers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and system architecture diagrams.
- Agile Participation: Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to contribute to team velocity.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Tools: Experience with version control systems like Git and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to start in Summer or Fall and commit to a 12-week internship duration.
