As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing experts, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to translate future possibilities into actionable strategies. Our mission: create technology that amplifies human potential while navigating societal transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, design, and policy teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and industry thought leadership
- Partner with venture capital to scout disruptive startups
- Advise C-suite on technology adoption risks and opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for future-facing AI systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into product roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning skills
- Experience with Delphi methods and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research preferred
