Responsibilities

- Author 'Horizon Reports' for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks specializing in long-term forecasting
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, AI governance, and human augmentation
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Published work on exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V analysis)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences on complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
