Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system logs and performance metrics during off-peak hours.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues reported by night-shift support staff.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and database backups.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for process improvement.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides for internal systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic operating systems (Windows, Linux) and command line interfaces.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot common technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
