Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and prepare detailed reports for leadership review.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of new software modules during off-peak hours.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and internal process wikis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Support the QA team with regression testing, bug tracking, and quality assurance.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies relevant to our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work 3rd Shift (Night Shift) schedules for the duration of the internship.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic scripting languages (Python or JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, low-light environment.
