Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance during night shift hours
- Assist with cybersecurity threat detection and incident response protocols
- Document system configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and deployments
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct routine hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Shadow senior engineers during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Available to commit to 20-30 hours/night shift schedule
