Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night hours
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting for cloud services
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base
- Collaborate with global teams on deployment projects
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Support data backup and recovery processes
- Participate in cross-functional sprint planning sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (Computer Science preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Available for 3-4 months during summer 2023
