Responsibilities
- Map and analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon)
- Design strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for future-proof business models
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Produce annual 'Future State' industry reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong background in ethical tech governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
