- Author strategic briefs for executive board on emerging risks/opportunities in decentralized economies
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate frontier technologies and startup ecosystems
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 disruption thresholds
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech scale-up
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or paradigm shifts
- Expertise in scenario modeling using tools like Delphi method or causal layered analysis
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech domains
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
