- Forecast industry trends and technological disruptions through 2026 using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps that position company as pioneer in emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on long-term industry evolution
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for future-readiness initiatives
- Advise executive team on technology investments and pivot strategies
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market advantage
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Portfolio published futurist work or strategic frameworks
