As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with global thought leaders to forecast market disruptions, identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, and develop roadmaps for products and services launching in 2026 and beyond. Your insights will directly influence C-suite strategy and shape our innovation pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation aligned with 5-year horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Identify and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using advanced analytics tools
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy publications
