Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Published research on post-quantum societal frameworks
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500/Big Tech

- Deep understanding of singularity economics and AI ethics
- Track record of influencing policy on emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
