- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive technology adoption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Maintain competitive intelligence across global tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in technology disruption forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional presentation skills to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
