- Architect innovation frameworks that balance technical feasibility with societal impact and sustainability.
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term growth strategies.
- Champion R&D initiatives in emerging domains, securing stakeholder buy-in and resource allocation.
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property portfolios for breakthrough innovations.
- Represent the company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse on future trends.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services in AI, quantum, or biotech domains.
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies.
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and Fortune 500 leadership.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred).
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers.
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Horizon Scanning).
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, German, or Japanese).
