- Author white papers and technical documentation for industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in agile innovation methodologies
- Ensure compliance with emerging tech regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier publications
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in research grants
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Framework
